Beckel strives to make our customers happy and we stand by our products and services and want customers to be satisfied with them.  All of our stitching/work is guaranteed for the life of the product, if it should fail simply bring it in for a free repair.  If shipping is required, it is the customers responsibility.

Refunds:  Products must be in NEW condition.  All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.  If no record of sale is available we will only allow for exchange of merchandise.
