Here at Beckel, we strongly believe in the spirit of repairing a product to give it a longer lifespan, for many reasons. It results in less waste, speaks to the nature of quality, and gives our products a tangible trace of their own story.

Although our products are made to last, we understand that accidents happen. We will gladly repair any luggage on our dime in order to uphold the lifetime warranty. Simply ship it to our shop and we will repair it at no cost, we just ask you cover the shipping back to you.

As far as our tents go, we expect you to encounter many unexpected circumstances out there in the wild, whether it be the bear who wants your food, the overturned stove, or the fallen tree, life happens! We gladly offer repairs on our tents if you run into any of these or if that ten year old zipper just needs a good replacing, we’ve got you covered.

Repair guidelines: WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING BECKEL CANVAS TENTS. $50/hour shop rate. Tents must be dropped off fully dry, shaken out, and in a bag/box otherwise there will be an additional *shop* cleaning fee of $25. Wet tents will be turned away. Please call or email ahead to inquire about availability. Do not drop tent off without inquiring beforehand, as we may be fully booked.

Zipper replacement: $110

Zipper slide replacement: $40

Window repair/replacement: $90

Stove pipe hole replacement/insert: $115

End or Wall repair: $75+

Roof repair: $90+
